Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the purchased program, access status, start date, and whether digital materials, recordings, live sessions, private feedback, or custom preparation have already been delivered. Some cohort seats, discounted bundles, private workshops, and custom programs may have limited or non-refundable terms after access is issued or preparation begins.
How to request review
Email info@buildengineacademy.com with your name, contact email, course or workshop name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to locate the enrollment record and determine whether the request fits the stated program terms.
Processing and alternatives
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may vary by payment provider, bank, card issuer, or enrollment platform. When a refund is not available, BuildEngine Academy LLC may, at its discretion, offer alternatives such as cohort transfer, course credit, or limited access extension.
