Use of educational materials
BuildEngine Academy LLC provides course descriptions, lessons, assignments, downloadable files, templates, recordings, and other learning resources for personal education and professional development. Unless we provide written permission, materials may not be resold, publicly redistributed, copied into another course, shared outside an enrolled group, or used to train competing educational products.
Enrollment and account responsibilities
Course access, timing, support options, and included resources are confirmed before enrollment. You are responsible for accurate contact information, appropriate use of learner accounts, and maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials. We may suspend access if we detect misuse, unauthorized sharing, abusive behavior, fraud, or activity that disrupts other learners.
Course outcomes
Our programs are designed to improve practical skills, project confidence, and technical communication. We do not guarantee employment, promotion, income, certification results, business performance, or a specific professional outcome. Results depend on prior experience, time invested, project choices, and market conditions outside our control.
Payments and changes
Prices, schedules, seat availability, and course content may change. If a paid program is materially changed before it begins, we will provide reasonable notice and available options. Taxes, payment processor rules, and third-party platform terms may apply. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and in any written enrollment terms supplied before purchase.
